Today I attended the Horizon Festival’s wearable at competition at Eumundi and I was blown away by the creativity that people on the coast and beyond have. I had no idea how big event this was and that how far afield contestants came from. It was a real credit to the organisers of Horizon festival and the Eumundi Square shop holders. The judges had an impossible task. The Trashy Artisan entered for a bit of fun and to meet like minded creatives (of which there were many!!) so was surprised and honoured to get a highly commended prize (yay) and would like to thank my co designer Michelle Budd and my “Personal Assistant” for the day Sandra Clifford.
