About the Trashy Artisan

Lucy is a teacher with a passion for the environment, the arts and community engagement. She began The Trashy Artisan to connect businesses with discards to artists and schools who could use them. She makes all products herself and runs workshops. Her mission is to Engage people in Upcycling and Enable them to learn new skills to help them upcycle.

Trashy Products

The Trashy Artisan products are all handmade in her garage on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As they are from found objects, they are often one offs or limited runs. This makes it a great site to get that unique, environmentally friendly gift.
